The
Custom Home Process

Step 1

We want to meet and get to know each other. Learning about you is essential in being able to assist you in getting a home that fits your unique personality and style.

Step 2

Keith Myers, our CEO will want to meet you at your lot or ours to see first-hand any unique conditions that will need to be addressed. Keith will also work with you in picking the right location for your home considering both aesthetics and budget.

Note: If you don’t have a lot we will gladly assist you in finding the lot that fits your needs.

Step 3

If you already have plans or want to use ours then great, we’re ready to move to the next step. If not then we will take what we have learned about you, along with your budget and help guide you to the right architect. We will assist the architect in coming up with design that fits you, your budget and your home site.

Step 4

Now it’s time to price your new home. We will review every detail of your new home plan. We will help you through the process of picking out all the components that will go into your home. (Samples available of every material.) Once we have all that information we will come up with your final price. Don’t worry if the final price doesn’t meet your budget we can work with you to make changes that will allow the home to fit your budget.
